What a person with great energy !
We only met briefly with Tiphaine while visiting Lyon, but you can feel it straight away.
She was exhibiting some of her art in Gallerie C. Mainguy in the Croix-Rousse area of the city. Some fantastic work playfully re-appropriating taxidermy mounts - a quite macabre hunter & collector culture - by embroidering wonderful mostly floral patterns onto it, amongst many other things.
Speaking with Tiphaine, she recommended another exhibition she had in town, where some of her other works were : fantastic embroideries once again, giving life to some of her drawings, with such dexterity that inspires respect.
It was a pleasure to meet you, Tiphaine, and we can recommend anyone passing by Lyon to go and see what you are up to !
