About the Recipe

An amazing dinner for camping.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes

  • Rice

  • Pepperbell

  • Spring Onions (unconventionnal)

  • Black Beans (can)

  • Garlic

  • Cumin (important)

  • Oregano

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Soy Farce (optional)

  • A little bit of Olive Oil

  • Chili (optional ???)

Preparation

Step 1


You'll have to cut some vegetables ! Garlic first as always. Tomatoes, pepperbells, spring onions (unconventional) in small cubes and everything in the pot with a litlle bit of olive oil.


Step 2


Fire ! Let it cook with lid on (or silverpaper), then add tomato sauce if you have, and most importantly the black beans in can.


Step 3


Spices time ! Now you're going to add salt, pepper and most importantly CUMIN and oregano, mostly cumin. It will give it its delicious taste. If you have some Chilis as well, you can add them now, but it's optional. For real.


Step 4 (optional)


If you have Soy Farce, add it now and let it cook for some time, until you feel it's ready.


Step 5


Put this deliciousness in a Tupperware, clean the pot a bit and get some water somewhere.


Step 6


Cook the Rice !

Mix everything, warm up and eat it. Nice, right?
